Batman Stencil Experiment #2 with color

In this video I used the same stencil as my last Batman stencil video (    • Batman Stencil Experiment   ) but I wanted to see if I could add some color to the piece. I used the stencil to help me figure out what I had to mask off and basically added layers of the different colors in stages. The final product came out alright the skin tone doesn’t show up very well in the video but looks a lot better in person. I did have to do some touchups with a paint brush which helped clean up the piece in the end. I didn’t film the paint brush touch ups, I thought the camera was on but it wasn’t. All I do for that is spray some of the spray paint in to the lid of the can and use a small brush to add paint where ever it is needed. I realize that I need to make sure all of my stencils have a reference point to line up on the edge of the canvas or in my case the MDF. That way lining everything up will be a lot easier next time.
