Sonali, the cherished only child of her parents, leaves with their hopes and blessings, while Abinash arrives with a fierce determination to build a successful future. In the city, they face many new temptations. They start using drugs and cigarettes because of peer pressure. Soon, they both become addicted. This addiction ruins their lives. Sonali becomes so lost that she ignores a phone call about her father being sick. Because of this, she misses her father's final moments. Abinash also loses everything and suffers physically.
At the end of the film, Sonali and Abinash speak directly to the audience. They are full of regret for their choices. They tell students to stay away from drugs and focus on their studies. Their message is clear: protect yourself and your family from the trap of addiction.
