A Miami judge sentences 18-year-old Penelope Soto to 30 days in prison for contempt of court after flipping him off during her bond hearing. Penelope flipped him off after the judge raised her bond from $5,000 to $10,000 for smiling and saying, "Adios", following her initial sentencing.
