In today's live, we'll be joined by Megan Fox herself, and Dave Neal for a spell as we go in on the Laura Owens vs. Clayton Echard case for round 2.
To be discussed, Laura's new blog post under the supervision of her attorney, what it means, and reasons why her attorney allowed her to do it. We're going to discuss the "villification" of the community supporting Clayton Echard, and the attempt by Laura Owens and her attorney to potentially "chill" free speech, as they prepare for a potential lawsuit against David Neal and anyone who collaborates with Mr. Neal. I'm going to focus on the dangers of false allegations of SA and DV, and the affect it's had on my personally in my career when I see these allegations, including the tell-tale signs of false allegations. I'll get into what I think it going to happen at trial on June 10, 2024, and how I'd approach the case if I represented Mr. Echard, and how I'd approach the case representing Laura Owens. Finally, I'll go over various evidentiary issues, including the timeline of Michael Marraccini's pregnancy allegations, Clayton Echard's interview with Charlie Kirk, whether or not Planned Parenthood allows for anonymous patients, and the recent order from 5/28/2024.
