100g Bean sprouts 100克 豆芽
8 Prawns 8只 虾
200g Pork, strips 200克 猪肉, 切条
2 Fishcakes, slices 2个 鱼饼, 切片
2 Eggs 2粒 鸡蛋
1 Big red onion, pieces 1粒 大洋葱, 切块
2 Garlic, minced 2粒 蒜头, 切碎
3 Shallots, minced 3粒 小葱头, 切碎
1 Red chill, shreds 1条 红辣椒, 切丝
2 Spring onion, pieces 2条 青葱, 切段

Seasonings 调味料 :
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce 1汤匙 蚝油
2 tablespoon Water 2汤匙 水
1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce 1汤匙 酱油
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
¼ teaspoon Sugar ¼茶匙 糖
1 teaspoon Fish sauce 1茶匙 鱼露
