Chasing the 250 Milestone! parkrun

We are on the road to 250 parkruns and today we take on the beautiful Squerryes Winery parkrun in Kent for my 246th event! 🏃‍♂️🍇 It's a sun-drenched, scenic route through the vines, and today I'm running a progressive challenge with my son Ellis. We’re pushing ourselves to the limit, trying to get faster each kilometre—although the heat and my slightly ambitious pacing threw us a few curveballs!

Plus, we meet up with Mike, who's made it look effortless once again, and celebrate an inspiring 100th parkrun at a different location with Tunde Adeyemo, who's conquered almost 600 total parkruns! Hear the stories, watch our sprint finish, and enjoy the good vibes of the parkrun community.
