*Ne fillim I bashkojmë të gjithë përbërësit dhe e përziejm vazhdimisht deri sa të trashët , pastaj shtojm sheqer vaniljen dhe e lëm që të ftohet, pasi që të ftohet shtojmë hopllen dhe e përziejm mirë me mikser. Kremi është gati.
Pastaj në enën që do ti servojm shtojm biskota krem biskota dhe jan perfekte dhe të shpejta.
Ingredients:
• 1 L milk
• 1 glass of water sugar
• 3 tablespoons starch
• 4 tablespoons flour
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 500 ml whipping cream (Hopla)
Instructions:
First, combine all the ingredients in a pot and stir continuously over medium heat until the mixture thickens.
Then add the vanilla sugar and let the cream cool completely.
Once it has cooled, add the whipping cream (Hopla) and mix well using a mixer until smooth and fluffy.
The cream is ready.
