The "Q" in QLED stands for Quantum dots, which are the pixel elements that create the image. Quantum dots produce much better color than standard LEDs, and also brighter images.

Note: Technically speaking, the QN90C is the replacement for the QN90B, but it actually has more in common with the 2022 QN85B.
