This video is related to electronic repair, be careful on AC voltage on the primary circuit. I got a defective capacitor with a charging and discharging malfunction. The capacitor with the value 10uf/ 400v is not actually open, this capacitor cannot store voltages, voltage variation came from the bridge-type diode. That is why secondary voltage has variation not filtered as direct current (DC).
