If you are planning to visit the Vatican City Museum and the Sistine Chapel 2025, you have to make plan in advance before you leave home.
I purchase my ticket through Viator, and I pick a date and time. You don't have to wait, just be there at the time you choose. You can visit the Sistine Chapel, but when I was there, no picture or video was allowed.
The Tour of the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel, was an amazing experience. This tour is one not to be missed.
