Labubu proves we can't handle trends anymore

Labubu is one of many trends that has come and will eventually go. This craze is very telling of our priorities, of greed, and of numerous other issues that go hand in hand with following trends to the point of no return.
I also understand how this may rub some people the wrong way as I don't talk about scalpers much and so it may sound like im pro-scalper which I promise I'm not! I just wanted to analyze this situation and situations like it from a consumer pov.
