Sarah Boone Wants Murder Case Thrown Out Over Delays She Caused

The Florida woman accused of zipping her boyfriend into a suitcase and leaving him to die has filed a motion for the case against her to be dismissed. Sarah Boone, who has been forced to represent herself after going through nine attorneys, says her right to speedy trial has been violated.
