Roughly an hour's worth of footage filmed in the Barnes area, near Richmond a few miles to the Southwest of Central London, mostly at the pair of level crossings found just 60 metres (200ft) apart on the same small road (Vine Road) in the middle of a recreation ground, with one clip at the very start featuring the train that got us here departing Barnes Station from which the level crossings are only a very short walk away. All apart from two of the trains that passed during our time at the level crossings are seen in this video. The location is very green considering it's on the inside of the South Circular! One crossing is found on the Hounslow Loop Line and has an abandoned signal box next to it, and the other is found on the much busier London Waterloo to Reading Line, though trains were not running through Egham on the day due to re-signalling. Trains that passed through here were only using the line as far as Staines or Windsor with the trains to Reading running via Weybridge and Addlestone before reversing at Virginia Water.
