This second video about VCPKG package manager will teach you how to set up Cmake project with OpenCV installed by VCPKG.
The VCPKG installs Opencv4 with FFmpeg and GStreamer videoio backends. Cmake project structure, CMakeLists.txt content, source code and build directory. The basic Cmake configuration command using VCPKG toolchain with CMakeLists.txt that finds OpenCV package to build and link your project.
