The all-new Aventon Pace 4 has finally dropped, and we got our hands on one and have all the new details you are looking for. From the new frame design, new motor and battery of the Pace 4 to the geometry, ride feel and how much real-world range I was able to cover.

Key standouts on the Pace 4 include:

-500 Watt rear hub motor (60Nm of torque, 864 max watts)
-36 Volt / 20 ah / 733Wh battery
-53 lbs
-Gravity Cast Aluminum frame

Oh yeah, the Pace 4 also has Aventon's new ACU, the brains behind all its fancy tech, things like geo-fencing, GPS Tracking, 4G data connectivity, a smart wheel lock and unusual activity alarms.

Overall, the Pace 4 rides extremely well. The 500 watt motor is peppy, and the new gravity cast frame is sleek and stiff. Our only real complaint is that Aventon ditched the classic dutch style handlebars that the Pace has been known for. As such, if your looking for a more classic cruiser, you might need to wait until they offer that option.
