I hope you all are having a great week and managing to keep the golfing oil warm and getting out on the course or range.

There are many great swings out there in the world of golf, and in this video the swing of professional golfer Charley Hull will show you how she drops her hands and club behind her coming down her downswing.
This then gives her the ability to totally release her body, legs, arms and club with zero manipulation or compensation.

I take you through how this can benefit your game by layering her move into your swing.
