I've wanted to cover these awesome tunes for many years and what better way than combining them. I tried some new things in this video like playing piano for the first time in ages and finally using my clean rhythm tone. It took me awhile to figure out how to get a similar sound to a mouth harp and luckily there is a preset in my POD HD that makes a sound fairly close to it. Been a long time since I used my keyboard I plan on using it more when doing certain covers. Did my best to keep the feel of the original while adding a bit of my style.

Final Fantasy 6 is not my favorite in the series, but I will say it is easily the best! The villain in this game is the most sadistic in the entire series. The soundtrack has a lot of variety from sad melodic songs to jungle beats and even an opera. My favorite character in the game is Shadow and his theme is just as bad ass. He is a very interesting character being a kick ass ninja with a very sad and depressing story.

Hopefully my next cover will be my big collaboration I've been working on for a year. Until then I hope you guys enjoy my first cover of 2015!
