It was freezing cold, crazy windy, and it even started raining.
But with the mindset of staying active, we still paddled out and went surfing.
The wave conditions were honestly pretty bad,
but sharing the water and getting a workout with good friends still made the session feel worth it.
Filmed with a GoPro 13 — raw POV, no fancy edits, just real surfing from Taiwan’s north coast.
Not every session is perfect, but sometimes it’s about showing up and moving your body, no matter the conditions.
