BE ADVISED!! As documented in our walk-thru RV video tour this RV is not in ideal condition.
It is also not "Dead." It is functional for regular use, but not in 100% working order
The RV is being represented and sold in "As-is" condition with no guarantees made. However, we also want to do our part to represent her fairly
The RV has seen several leaks. The Roof has since been seal coated to arrest them which seems to have worked
The base exterior of the slide out are potentially weather exposed currently (again, see our video for details!)
The generator is present, but not known to be in working order. We have not diagnosed what challenges it may be facing
The RV also has a variety of blemishes ranging from discoloration in several areas of the ceiling liner, general weathering of the exterior, etc
All that being said.. it runs and drives surprisingly well!
It is in "Functional" condition & was used by the previous owners nearly every weekend for general camping use
It's not a bad way for someone to get started or get back out there on a more limited budget

But would also make for a great "TLC" piece for which someone with some skills could really breathe a lot of life back into it!
