Hello and welcome. No long drawn out story here. This quick tutorial is a free pattern re-write for a travel / pocket size Kleenex tissues. The original patter wasn't written to make these quilted or use scraps. Here's my re-write for a Nose Napkin Keeper. Cutting chart below. This is a scrap, fat eighth and fat quarter friendly pattern and you machine quilt it how ever you wish.

You Need:
Six 1.5 x 6 and three quarter inch strips ( you can cut them 1.5 x 7 inches)
1 pc of felt for batting: 5.5 x 6.5 inches (also used to square up strip set)
1 pc lining fabric 5.5 x 8 inches
Spray baste
Starch (optional)
Pinking Sheers
Chop stick or turning tool
1 travel / pocket size Kleenex tissue pack.
A quarter inch seam allowance is used for the entire project
