Painting a TURBO Redblock in a DIY PAINT BOOTH

In this video, we take a crack at PAINTING my TURBO Motor!

But first we have to clean off the mating surface with some Carb Cleaner and a mild metal finishing cloth. This was a very tedious process and I was able to get everything clean enough before painting!

I decided to DIY my own PAINT BOOTH for this video which consisted off a Pop-Up Tent with SHOWER CURTAINS taped around the tent to close off a space. I have to say that this method WORKED AMAZINGLY! I highly recommend you try your own DIY PAINT BOOTH whenever you need to paint anything.

Now when painting this REDBLOCK I decided that I didn't want to keep it red, but instead turn this Volvo Redblock into a Volvo GREENBLOCK! I couldn't be happier with the end result, it's EXACTLY what I pictured when choosing the GREEN paint.
