Dwarf plumbago is a beautiful groundcover that blooms in late summer and fall with vibrant blue flowers. These flowers have a long bloom time and look even more fantastic as we move into autumn and the leaves turn bright red. This deciduous groundcover can spread wide and is a great plant to fill the spaces between larger shrubs or edge the front of the border. It grows best in partial sun, but can tolerate full sun or full shade as well.
