After extensive work in close collaboration with the local communities, the #CentralParkConservancy will rebuild the Harlem Meer Center—the facility formerly known as Lasker—to better integrate into the Park landscape, offering new and enhanced outdoor activities and increased access for communities around the north end of Central Park.
The Conservancy, in collaboration with NYC Parks, Susan T. Rodriguez Architecture | Design, and Mitchell Giurgola, received an award from NYCPublicDesign Commission for Excellence in Design, and will start construction later this year. Learn more: https://bit.ly/2Vr4QgB
