Wow!!! Note I enjoy expressive light roast coffee, which makes pulling espresso shots extremely hard. This SWorks portafilter easily makes it much more controllable and predictable!!! EXTREMELY more easy to work with. This Sworks Design is the high flow one, and I have been using the Weber 58mm high flow portafilter.
I'm still dailing it in, I like and enjoy espresso and lattes. I'm just getting the initial thoughts and operations out on it.
Thoughts in the straight espresso form right now, I still prefer the Weber high flow portafilter over the s-works, but that probably will change once I dial it in some more. Now, in the latte form, it's in the top two to three already that I ever had! Both shots pulled in latte are absolutely amazing and loving them.
The shots are full-bodied favor with great flavor and so smooth that allows you to taste the full flavors in the espresso and no aftertaste!
