Tsakane residents on the East Rand demand that foreigners owning spaza
shops must vacate the township.
It comes after a Grade 1 pupil at Mandlethu Primary School died
yesterday, allegedly after eating biscuits bought from a local spaza
shop.
Four other pupils, who're said to have shared the biscuits, are in hospital.
