Hello and welcome to Segunda Beach, Califlorida! Located about 100 miles north of Verde Beach, this area has been relatively quiet—until now.

The city’s founders aim to create a better version of Verde Beach: an affordable, accessible community for anyone who wants to live here—something Verde Beach has struggled to remain. It’s an ambitious goal, but they’re confident it can be achieved. But before all of that, the city must be founded, and that’s what we’re doing today.

Though I intended for this build to be completely vanilla like Verde Beach, this will be a lightly vanilla build, though mods will not be introduced until episode 5. Additionally, regional packs will be added to the city as they become available and used where they make sense.
