Strategi Ekosistem Black Ocean Microsoft

Nama “Microsoft” dulu identik dengan Word dan Windows, teman setia tugas kuliah dan laporan kantor. Lalu, pelan tapi pasti, mereka merangsek ke ruang-ruang yang sebelumnya bukan milik mereka, LinkedIn, GitHub, hingga kemitraan eksklusif dengan OpenAI, bahkan membangun kerajaan game lewat akuisisi Activision Blizzard. Tidak banyak yang sadar, Microsoft bukan lagi perusahaan pembuat sistem operasi dan perangkat lunak, melainkan arsitek besar ekosistem digital global. Microsoft telah bertransformasi menjadi tempat miliaran orang bekerja, terhubung, dan bersenang-senang setiap hari.
