I use Murphy's Magic fanning powder, but I'm sure there are many other good ones. I've used it on several of my tarot and oracle decks, all with different cardstocks. This is the easiest, least messy way I've found, so I stick with it.
Do not inhale the dust, and you may want to do this in a ventilated area. This will leave a mess if you use too much, that's why I just tap it onto the backs lightly.
The deck being powdered is Bonefire Tarot by Gabi Angus-West.
