Sizes - 12x6 for card base score at 3 and 9 and fold inward
Two pieces 5x5 score each on one side at 1/2 inch (‘V’ mechanism pieces)
One piece 6x4 1/2 for the middle ‘window’ layer

Layers - middle : red layer - 5 3/4 x 5 3/4 and pattern - 5 1/2 x 5 1/2
‘V’ layers : red layer - 4 1/2 x 4 3/4 pattern - 4 x 4 1/2
‘Window’ layer : red layer - 5 3/4 x 4 1/2 pattern - 5 1/2 x 4
Sides : red layer - 2 3/4 x 5 3/4 pattern - 2 1/2 x 5 1/2
