Mix Engineer's Honest Confession: I Screwed Up

In this candid and revealing video, I take you behind the scenes of a recent project and share my humbling journey as a mix engineer. It's time to face the music and admit my mistakes. I'm here to offer an unfiltered look at the errors I made while mixing a vocal track and the valuable lessons I've learned along the way.
As musicians, producers and mix engineers we have to be honest and admit to ourselves when things aren't good enough. There is absolutely no shame in scrapping hours and hours of work to start again. Sometimes we need to perhaps act on this realisation earlier preventing wasting more hours but I guess as long as we eventually recognize failure and remedy the problems that in itself is success.
