कौंसिल ऑफ़ इंडियन एविएशन के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष नितिन जाधव ने इंडिगो और डीजीसीए पर गंभीर आरोप लगाए। उनका कहना है कि इंडिगो का मैनेजमेंट फेलियर एक साज़िश है और डीजीसीए ने अपना कर्तव्य नहीं निभाया। इंडिगो के नए नियम लागू न करने, पायलट नोटिस पीरियड बढ़ाने और कार्रवाई न होने पर जल्द ही कोर्ट में जनहित याचिका दायर की जाएगी

National President of the Council of Indian Aviation, Nitin Jadhav, leveled serious allegations against IndiGo and the DGCA. He stated that IndiGo's management failure is a conspiracy and that the DGCA has neglected its duties. A public interest litigation will soon be filed in court against IndiGo for failing to implement the new regulations, extend pilot notice periods, and take action.
