Alright, so! Let me tell you, I wanted to make a video about these two for so long now, and I finally made myself do it. It amazes me how underrated Harry's relationship with Dumbledore is in the fandom, even though in my opinion, it's one of the most interesting ones.

Don't even try to tell me how Albus "didn't care about Harry at all" because that's just bullsh*t. You can see it in the movies, and you can definitely see it in the books. I mean, he basically started tearing up when Harry told him how he said to Scrimgeour that he indeed was "Dumbledore's man through and through".

On a happier note, if you like the bond these two characters have, I definitely recommend reading "The Phoenix Burns Brightest" by AnyaYanko on AO3 because it's absolutely beautiful and so in character! It's basically an AU where Albus raises Harry instead of the Dursleys.
