Finding Birds to Photograph in the Winter | Forest Bird Photography with the Nikon Z9

Bird Photography in the winter months can be a challenge in New England. Many of the small song birds have migrated south to avoid the cold, and the songbirds that remain end up forming large flocks in the forest which can sometimes be difficult to find. These flocks move about the forest looking for food and avoiding predators. Join me as I head into a beautiful pine and hardwood forest to find and photograph these hardy little birds. It was a cold morning when I was out and there was still some snow on the ground which added to the beauty of the forest. I hope you enjoy and thank you for watching!
