This study was conducted to examine the effect of Pygmalion Effect on the reward method or the method of appreciating students for what they have successfully obtained. This research uses mixed data that is dominated by quantitative data in concluding so that the conclusions produced can be objective and can be generalized to schools in Indonesia, especially at the upper secondary level. This research was conducted within the scope of SMA Unggul Del as the object of research.
