【鐵人篇#1】2025 Challenge Taiwan 113 終於朝聖鐵人大拜拜！｜【Triathlon#1】

半程超級鐵人初體驗，游泳完全沒練，自行車從去年四極點結束就變擺設，跑步練最勤。
初113，又幾乎是裸賽的狀態，賽前沒有設目標，平安回終點就好。
游泳段，因為活水湖是淡水，沒有浪，再加上防寒衣助攻，雖然一樣自由式蛙式交互游，但整體輕鬆寫意。
騎車段，去程逆風，定時補給順順踩，回程順風，偶而加速爭取一些時間，最後一個補給站，把舊水壺都丟了，換成CT紅藍水壺帶回家。
跑步段，跑出去沒多久天空就轉陰，但依舊悶熱，水站潑了好多水降溫，盡量維持六分內的速度，一步一步慢慢龜回終點。

總結來說，第一次的113相當穩定，沒有過往標鐵的抽筋和半路休息，很棒！

但是，台東好遠，太陽好熱情，226好好考慮！

Half Ironman Triathlon First Experience. I haven’t practiced swimming at all. The bike has been a decoration since the end of the four poles last year. Running is the most frequent exercise.
First time 113. It’s almost a non-practice race. No goals set before the race. Just return to the finish line safely.
Swimming section. Because of the freshwater, no waves, plus cold weather clothing to help. Although the same freestyle breaststroke is interactive swimming. But overall it’s easy and enjoyable.
Cycling section. Headwind on the outbound journey. Timed supply. Return trip with a favorable wind. Occasionally speed up to buy some time. The last supply station, throw away all the old kettles. Change to CT red and blue kettle and take it home.
Running segment. Not long after I ran out, the sky turned cloudy. But it's still hot. The water station poured a lot of water to cool down. Try to maintain a speed within six minutes. Slowly return to the finish line step by step.

In summary, the first 113 is quite stable. No cramps or rest breaks like in the past. I’m great !

But Taitung is so far away. The sun is so warm. 226 Consider carefully!
