On this week’s Marketing Tip Mondays for Authors (Ep. 2), we continue laying the groundwork for successful book marketing, promotions, and ultimately—book sales.
We’re taking inspiration once again from international author and book marketing expert Michael La Ronn, who has written over 100 books while balancing a full-time job, family life, and law school. Michael is also the Outreach Manager for the Alliance of Independent Authors (ALLi) and runs a YouTube channel with over 45,000 subscribers dedicated to helping authors thrive.
In 2023, I (Ruth) had the privilege of hosting a live workshop with Michael on Book Marketing for Beginners: How to Sell Your First 1,000 Copies. The workshop has since been converted into a self-paced course.
