The PDX Personal Defense series from Winchester has garnered much attention of late with offerings in handgun, shotgun and rifle ammunitions. This bullet contains Winchester's "Split Core Technology", essentially a 2 part core. 1/2 non-bonded hollow point and 1/2 welded lead core made to penetrate.
