I always pair my chest and back workouts.
When your chest is working your backs resting so it makes sense.
I don't do chest then back, I alternate between the two.
FULL WORKOUT:
4x8 DB chest press
SS
4x10 Wide grip pull up
4x6 Seated Row
SS
4x10 incline chest press
4x10 reverse fly
SS
4x10 seated chest fly
