The pandemic has changed how we think about work. For some, work has become overwhelming, for others, work has disappeared, and for others, the future of work looks completely different, with greater freedom and better work-life balance. All this change raises some fundamental questions: How do we want to relate to work, after the pandemic? And how can we make sure the work of the future improves life for everyone, regardless of income or status?
