Path Of Exile Patch 0.11.0- Reset All Passives

Patch 0.11.0 was just released for Path of Exile and includes a MAJOR update. This patch allows you to reset all of your passive skill tree points and start from scratch!

The reasoning behind this is the simple fact that many of the balances of the passive skill tree nodes were affected. The developers at Grinding Gear Games figured that they might as well allow you to re-allocate your passive skill tree points if they changed the balances of a lot of the nodes.
