We put the transfer case back together with fresh seals, as well as resealing the actuator before putting it back on. Be sure to Subscribe, like, share, and all of that it really does help to grow the channel. The actuator can be done in the chassis but this offers a better view. If anyone does have noise that they think is coming from the transfer case it will be notably the inner diff, bearing noise, splines, chain/drive, or something loose but should be able to be seen on tear down or felt with inspection. We will not end up getting a chance to upload any video of the reinstall as the day was long and the video didn't come to fruition as mentioned, sorry about that. It is a really straight forward unit to take in and out though so see the removal video for some hints and shots of that.
