100 Year Old Blackberry Roll

Hi Everyone! Today we are back in the kitchen baking another 100 year old recipe! This one is a blackberry roll made with our own blackberries from the garden!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Quarts Blackberries
1 Cup Sugar
Biscuit Dough
2 Tablespoons Butter
Recipe:
Toss dough on board, roll 1/2 in thick. Spread with melted butter and place one half of the berries on top. Cover with half of sugar and cinnamon if desired. Fold dough over one end and roll. Put in a large well-greased pan surrounded with the rest of the berries and sugar. Place in a hot oven(450 Degrees F.). Bake for 20 minutes or until crisp and well done. Cut and slice and serve warm. Blueberries or cherries may also be used.
