I am so excited that I was able to take this chance to learn how to make my absolute favorite Portuguese pastry— the Pastel de Nata!! This video is definitely fun to watch but also serves as a lesson on how to make the pastry. Not everything is specific and not all details are included but it is still fun to watch.
I would not go solely on this video to make your own pastel de Nata, I would research a good and reliable recipe. Yet, using tips and tricks provided by the two professionals in this video will be helpful if you ever decide to make the pastel de Nata.
