Coming along as we sit down, review and taste test the amazing Excalibur Red Lime. Not really a true lime that your used to. A cross between a rangpur lime and a kumquat. Loose sweet and zesty smelling pealable skin that is dark red almost orange later in the year but we try it today while the skins just starts to get color. A and must have citrus. Cold hardy down to zone 8 and even zone 7 with the right protection with its kumquat parent. mid to high teens hardiness. Amazing cold hardy tough citrus.
