First PowerBlock Elite Dumbbell Workout \\ Full Body \\ Sets and Reps Follow Along!

If you just got some PowerBlock Eliteor Power Block Elite dumbbells and want a great workout then look no further. This is a full body workout using adjustable dumbbells. Obviously, you can use the Power Block dumbbells or any other adjustable or regular single dumbbells. This workout is about 40 minutes long. There are 10 different dumbbell exercises. 3 sets per exercise and the repetitions vary from one exercise to another.
The exercises are:

6:56 Rows
10:20 Chest Press
15:21 Flys
20:05 RDL
24:40 Lunges
28:07 Arnold Press
31:45 Lateral Raise
35:42 Curls
40:24 Kickbacks
These dumbbells are great as they are durable due to no internal moving parts. The also do not take up a lot of floor space. The weight selection is simple to adjust.
