In the last video we ran the flail mower to knock these fields down. This time we’re making hay the smaller farm way. Yes, I called it hay. We’re feeding soil biology so by definition, it’s hay. Bonus is that it knocks out weeds, retains soil moisture, helps prevent erosion, and reduces soil temps.
