Rebuilding our CRASHED Piper Pa28 235 Airplane

We were a little worried about finding a replacement engine for our crashed Piper 235, but we ended up finding one at our home airport! Sam had the perfect parts engine we were looking for in his hangar on his experimental airplane. We decided to head up to his hangar and unbolt the engine to see if it will size up right to the 235. When we got to the hangar we realized that there was a lot of moisture on the engine, which is not a good sign. Will this engine even be usable or is the inside going to be covered in rust?
