GBO2 Sazabi Prototype: Evil heavy attack spam!

This video contains three matches I had with the LV1 Sazabi Prototype on Gundam Battle Operation 2. It is a 700 cost raid with great durability, great stagger resistance, long melee reach, decent melee damage, incredible heavy attack damage alongside decent mid-range DPS. It suffers from short range for its best ranged weapons, inaccurate lock-on funnels, being easy to counter-tackle when heavy attack spamming alongside it having a large hitbox. I think this suit is pretty fun, yet I can't help but compare it to the original Sazabi. I know that it is technically a prototype version, but it feels like it is worse in every way apart from it having a strong heavy attack lol. I hope that you enjoy watching!
Its primary weapon is a long beam rifle with 2500 (3500) power, 75% (90%) heat, 4 seconds cooldown, 15 seconds overheat, 0.77 seconds swap time, 400m (600m) range, 3 seconds focus time and 10% (60%) stagger value. Uncharged shots instant stun, charged shots consume extra heat but deals more damage and pierces.
Its primary melee weapon is a pair of beam sabers with 2800 power, 2 seconds cooldown, 0.5 seconds swap time, 2 seconds focus time, 220%x3 heavy attack modifier and 70/49% combo modifier. These have slower than average regular animations, with the neutral and down swing clocking in at 16 and 39 frames respectively, but the heavy attack has fast start-up with it coming out in just 18 frames. The heavy attack does incredible damage.
Its first sub weapon is a chest beam cannon with 1500x2 power, 100% heat, 15 seconds overheat, 0.77 seconds swap time, 250m range and 40%x2 stagger value. This does pretty good damage, instant stuns and can be fired while boosting. However, it suffers from long overheat time and a pretty awkward spread on the two beams.
Its second sub weapon weapon is a beam tomahawk with 3100 power, 3 seconds cooldown, 0.77 seconds swap time and 150% downswing modifier. This has long reach and good downswing damage, making it the ideal combo starter.
Its third sub weapon is a set of lock on funnels with 250x18 power, 100% heat, 13 seconds overheat, 0.77 seconds swap time, 300m range and 8%x18 stagger value. On paper these have high power and high stagger power, but they feel incredibly inaccurate unless you stun the enemy in place before they hit, which defeats the purpose of them having good stagger accumulation.
Its fourth sub weapon is a set of follow funnels with 340x3 power, 20% heat, 0.3 seconds cooldown, 22 seconds overheat, 0.5 seconds swap time, 250m range and 15%x3 stagger value. These have low power per shot, but are capable of staggering quickly and dealing good damage because of the short cooldown time. Be wary of the short range.
Its fifth sub weapon is a shield missile launcher with 850x3 power, 3 ammo, 10 seconds reload, 0.5 seconds swap, 300m range and 35%x3 stagger value. All 3 missiles fire out very quickly, they have a decent splash damage radius as well.
The Sazabi Prototype has 26000 HP, 18 ballistic defence and 31 beam/melee resistance. It has pretty great durability. It has a 25% damage reduction legs buffer and a 15% reduction back buffer too, which further increases its bulk. It gets the combination of LV2 Emergency Evasion, LV4 Maneuver Armor and LV2 Damage Control for defensive skills.
It also has 133 (143) walk speed, 230 (240) boost speed, 80 thrust (25% thrust usage reduction) and 75 (100) turn speed. Before Psychoframe Resonance activates it is fairly mobile, but once it turns on at 30% HP the values in brackets come into effect to increase mobility further. It has 90% strafing speed going left/right and 85% going backwards.
It has LV3 Forced Injector and LV2 Flight Control for mobility related skills, alongside LV2 Power Accelerator.
In conclusion, I feel that while the Sazabi Prototype has a lot of potential as a heavy attack spammer, the rest of its kit is a little bit underwhelming. If your team just sets you up to spam heavy attacks, then it can be great, but it is competing with the Hazel GAU for that 700 cost heavy spammer role at the same time. That thing is a much better heavy attack spammer, since it not only has a stronger heavy attack, but it also gets access to temporary stealth by using its smoke launchers. I think that they could buff the Sazabi Prototype to be more well rounded to give it more of a niche. I think that it should get 95% left/right strafing speed, 90% backwards strafing speed, higher damage on its beam rifle, 2000x2 power for the mega-particle cannon, 300m range for the follow funnels, 9%x18 stagger power for the lock on funnels, 8 seconds reload time for the shield missile launcher and LV2 Psychoframe Resonance. This would give it more to do when it can't get close to spam the heavy. Thanks for watching, and I hope that you enjoyed it!
