We continue our holiday tradition of paying tribute to a very special television program of the television season of fifty years ago. This Thanksgiving holiday weekend, we're reflecting on the impact the ABC network's Welcome Back Kotter had on television and pop culture. It was a television phenomenon.
A key part of the show success was the work of actor Ron Palillo, who played the nebbish and shy Arnold Horshack. This video segment is from the syndicated afternoon talk show Geraldo!, with host Geraldo Rivera, and was broadcast September 16, 1991.
