1.5 Cups Vital Wheat Gluten
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
1 Tablespoon Paprika (we used Smoked)

1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 - 1/2 Cup Water
